Bib pocket on fold

Toggles whether to draft the bib pocket pattern on-the-fold, or as a full pattern piece.

Note: Printing on-the-fold can save a small amount of paper, but I recommend to print the full pattern piece to avoid confusion, since the other pieces are all full pieces.
